1. Create your account

Sign up as a Buyer (tour operator, agency, OTA, wholesaler) or a Supplier (DMC, hotel, transport, guide, activities provider). Complete your business profile and get verified.

2. Post an RFQ

Buyers describe their requirement: destination, dates, number of passengers, budget and special requirements. Our AI Matchmaker instantly recommends the best-fit suppliers.

3. Receive and compare quotes

Suppliers respond with competitive quotes. Buyers can accept, reject, or send counter-offers — all visible in one clear dashboard.

4. Book and pay securely

Accepting a quote creates a booking. Payments are protected in escrow; the platform commission is transparent and suppliers request payouts from their dashboard.

5. Communicate internally

Negotiate through secure internal messaging. Sharing phone numbers, WhatsApp, emails or Telegram to bypass the platform is automatically detected and blocked.

6. Review and resolve

After a booking is completed, buyers review suppliers, boosting Trust Scores. Any dispute is handled through a structured resolution process.
